2. Estimates and Service Agreements
Free estimates are offered in good faith based on on-site observations or client-provided yard measurements. Written or verbal quotes remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance. Any unforeseen underground obstructions (such as buried concrete boulders or severe root infestations) will be discussed and agreed upon prior to initiating additional work.
3. Intellectual Property
The logo, trade name "Sergio's Gardening", text, images, and visual design on this site are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Sergio Arreolaand Sergio's Gardening. Unauthorized duplication or commercial reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
While Sergio's Gardening exercises professional care in executing all lawn and irrigation repairs, we are not liable for pre-existing utility line defects not marked by 811 Call-Before-You-Dig or undisclosed buried cables. In all circumstances, liability is limited to the contract value of the specific services rendered.
